Zenmaanddag maart/ Zenmonthday March

Wat vliegt de tijd toch he?! Afgelopen maand zag ik zo veel geweldige Zenmaanddag tekeningen. Wie had kunnen bedenken dat je Marasu op zoveel verschillende manieren kon tekenen? Ik heb echt genoten van al jullie tekeningen en ik heb geprobeerd bij allemaal een reactie achter te laten. Deze maand heb ik weer een nieuwe leuke opdracht voor je. Na de foto lees je er alles over. 

Oh boy! How time flies! I saw so many wonderful Zenmonthday drawings last month. Who knew Marasu had so many faces?! I enjoyed looking at all of them and I tried to leave everyone a comment. This month I have yet another fun exercise for you. Read all about it below the picture. 

Als ik één ding mocht noemen wat ik vaak terug krijg van (beginnende) tangelaars dan is het wel dat ze het zo lastig vinden om tangles die ze willen gebruiken te kiezen. Ze spenderen uren aan op internet zoeken naar de perfecte tangle. De opdracht van deze maand is er op gericht om dat te voorkomen. Tijd die aan online surfen besteed wordt kan tenslotte niet aan tangelen besteed worden. 

Je opdracht voor maart is om een (hoe ik het graag noem) Alphatangle te maken. Je bereidt je tile precies als altijd voor met de stippen in de hoeken, het kader en de string. Nu zoek je een paar tangles van wie de naam begint met de eerste letter van jouw naam. Mijn naam is Anoeska dus ik gebruikte de tangles Amadou, Abukas en Angel Fish. 
Maak je tile af met schaduw en je initialen. 

One thing that I hear from (beginning) tanglers all the time is that they find it difficult to pick the tangles they would like to use. They spend hours on end looking online for the perfect tangle. This months prompt is one idea to prevent that from happening. Time spent looking online is time that can not be spend on tangling. 

Your prompt for March is to make a (what I like to call) Alphatangle. You prepare your tile as you normally would by placing corner dots, a border and a string. Now find yourself some tangles whose names start with the first letter of your name. My name is Anoeska so in my tile I used the tangles Amadou, Abukas and Angel Fish. Finish your tile with some shading and your initials. 

Je zult wellicht merken dat deze opdracht een beetje verslavend is... In dat geval heeft het alfabet nog 25 letters. Ga je gang en maak nog een paar Alphatangles! Vergeet niet je tekening(en) op social media te posten met  #zenmaanddag en/of #zenmonthday
